Terms of Service
Welcome to Stellar Spaces. These terms govern our professional relationship. By booking a styling session or purchasing a design package, you're agreeing to the parameters outlined here. Don't worry, it's all about ensuring your project runs smoothly and your New York home looks incredible.
We provide personalized styling, space planning, and budget-friendly decor ideas. However, it's essential to understand that we are interior stylists, not structural engineers. Our recommendations focus on aesthetics and function within existing architectural footprints.
Payment Policy
Initial consultations require upfront payment to secure your time slot. For larger design packages, we typically structure payments as 50% deposit and 50% upon delivery of the final design board. We've found this 17-point milestone system keeps everyone on track.
Revision Limits
Each package includes two rounds of minor revisions. We want you to love it!
Validity
Design quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing reflects current market rates.
Intellectual Property
All concepts remain the property of Stellar Spaces until full payment is received.
DIY Implementation Liability
Since we specialize in affordable, DIY-friendly consultations, we often provide the roadmap for you to drive. But what happens if a paint color doesn't look like the swatch or a cabinet is hung slightly crooked?
Stellar Spaces acts as a consultant only. We don't oversee the actual physical labor if you choose the DIY route or hire third-party contractors. Therefore, we aren't liable for physical execution errors, structural issues, or injuries occurring during your project's implementation. You'll need to ensure your contractors are insured. Pretty standard, right?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar Spaces shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
